Our magnificent region’s nature alone warrants the journey. Ever-present, unspoilt, wild but welcoming, it makes our surroundings some of the most beautiful in France.

A UNESCO listed site, the Causses & Cévennes area unrolls its causses, mountain valleys, smaller valleys, sunny paths, villages with flagstone roof tiles, etc. If visitors are respectful of the environment, mindful of the flora, fauna, history, culture, stones, and people, everyone can benefit from these moments of grace offered by this little corner of paradise.

The endurance horse riding race, the 160 km of Florac, starts in Ispagnac every year,
European bison in Margeride (about 1 hour and 20 minutes from the campsite by car), wolves from Gévaudan to Sainte-Lucie (about 50 minutes from the campsite by car), and vultures in the Jonte gorges (about 1 hour and 10 minutes from the campsite by car) can all be seen in the parks and unspoilt environments dedicated to them,
